4）焊接過(guò)程故障的自檢和自處理功能。這是指焊接過(guò)程中常見(jiàn)的故障，例如電弧焊的粘絲，斷絲，點(diǎn)焊的粘焊條等。這些故障發(fā)生后，如果不及時(shí)采取措施，將會(huì )造成機器人損壞等重大事故。或出現報廢零件。因此，焊接機器人須具有檢測此類(lèi)故障并自動(dòng)實(shí)時(shí)停止和報警的功能。

4) Self check and self-treatment function of welding process fault. This refers to the common faults in the welding process, such as wire sticking, broken wire in arc welding, welding rod sticking in spot welding, etc. After these failures occur, if no timely measures are taken, it will cause serious accidents such as robot damage. Or there are scrapped parts. Therefore, the welding robot must have the function of detecting such faults and automatically stopping and alarming in real time.
