The main reason is that the skilled welder knows how much current, voltage and speed it needs to weld a product through his accumulated experience, and more importantly, the welding posture and method. Because the current and speed can be seen intuitively, but a suitable posture needs a long-term experience to decide.

像亞倫達機器人我們一般要求焊槍與焊接平面保持45°～60°左右，與焊縫那條線(xiàn)也保持在45°～60°左右。但前提讓焊槍避開(kāi)焊接的產(chǎn)品和定位工裝。焊接姿勢不好會(huì )對焊接品質(zhì)造成影響主要是因為兩個(gè)方面：一是氣體保護不好，二是送絲不暢。
